For rent we offer a two-storey holiday house, which is located in a quiet residential area, which is completely fenced and in the center of Costa Calma.

On the ground floor, covering a total area of 41 square meters, there is a cozy living room with a fold-out sofa bed and TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven and washing machine, and a dining area. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, toilet and a washbasin. There is also a cozy terrace equipped with garden furniture and a tumble dryer.

There is also a communal pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a mini supermarket right at the entrance to the complex - perfect for small, quick purchases.

Just a short walk away you will find the beautiful sandy beach of Costa Calma which stretches for 20km to the nearest town of Morro Jable.

Shopping center, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, car rental, ATMs, doctors and so on, everything is in close proximity.
