A fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and electric stove, as well as kitchen utensils such as plates, cutlery, cups etc. and a dining area invite you to cook and dine together. Furthermore, the apartment has a bathroom equipped with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine.

The highlight of the flat is the terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the turquoise ocean, the sandy beach SOTAVENTO, the magnificent view of the mountains and the city of Costa Calma, which you can not only enjoy from the balcony, but thanks to the large windows in the living room, even with a leisurely breakfast or while relaxing on the couch.

There is also a swimming pool with free sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a huge roof terrace from which you can also enjoy the wonderful view of the island and relax for a moment and enjoy the fresh air.
