The cozy holiday flat is located in the middle of the city center, but you feel very secluded here in the complex due to the many trees, palm trees and plants, and there is an immediate holiday mood. Furthermore, the green, well-kept complex offers a community pool with free sun loungers, as well as a wonderful roof terrace with seating and great sea views, where you can relax and enjoy the day.

There is also a restaurant on the roof and for a fee you can book fitness equipment and various programs such as yoga, massages etc. on site and really have a good time.

Now we come to the holiday flat - it has an open living room with a sofa bed for one person, an open kitchen equipped with everything you need for everyday use, a small dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed.

Thanks to the large window/terrace door in the living room, it is bright and pleasant, through which you can see and go out onto the terrace, where you can chill comfortably in the green at a table or on a sun lounger.
