The flat has an open living room with a fold-out sofa bed, which offers space for 2 people, an open kitchen equipped with all the useful things you need for everyday use, a large bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with bath and shower attachment and a beautiful terrace with various seating areas and 2 sun loungers.

There is a communal pool with sun loungers directly in the complex, which you can use free of charge at any time and thus enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

There is also a laundry room in the building with a washing machine with automatic dosing (i.e. detergent and fabric softener are already included in the price) and a tumble dryer, which you can use at any time for a fee (washing machine 3 euros, tumble dryer 2 euros).

This is the right place for everyone who wants peace and quiet and to feel at home, but not far from the tourist scene. Not far away you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: - the ocean, beach, shops, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, playgrounds, pharmacies, doctors, etc.
