There is also an open kitchen with dining area in the living area and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The highlight of the flat is the balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view of the turquoise ocean, the sandy beach SOTAVENTO, the magnificent view of the mountains and the city of Costa Calma, which you can not only enjoy from the balcony, but thanks to the large windows in the living room, even at a leisurely breakfast at the table, while relaxing on the couch or on the beautiful hanging chair right in front of the window.

In addition, there is a swimming pool with free sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a huge roof terrace from which you can also enjoy the magnificent view of the island and completely relax for a moment and enjoy the fresh air.
