We fell in love with Fuerteventura many years ago, and in 2013 we became the proud owners of our first apartment.
Over time, we bought more apartments and spent more and more time in Fuerteventura. A few years ago we decided to move to Fuerteventura and concentrate fully on looking after our guests.
In the last few years, we have already helped several of our guests to buy their own holiday apartment and thus included it in our offer.
So our small company was born, which can now offer you over 20 apartments!

For a firm booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rent is usually required. The account details for the transfer will be given to you immediately. The remaining amount can be paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer a few days prior to arrival. After the deposit has been received in the bank account, you will receive the booking confirmation and all information regarding the key handover from us.
